PLYMOUTH, Mass. – The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection (MassDEP) have issued a final permit covering ongoing wastewater discharges at the Pilgrim Nuclear Power Station in Plymouth.
